At Adora by Rachel, every hair bow is lovingly handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. As each product is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every piece unique. Additionally, the colours of our products may vary slightly from those shown on our website due to differences in screen settings and digital displays.

     As each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
     
     If your order arrives damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a replacement or exchange. To request an exchange, an uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.

      In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, a defective product, or an item that is materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and, where applicable under applicable consumer protection laws, provide an appropriate resolution. The product must be returned with its original tags and packaging intact.

      Except for the circumstances mentioned above, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted for any other reason.
